Now Deaf people can have equal access to services during normal business hours. No advance booking required

• Access to a Sign Language interpreter is guaranteed within minutes
• The service is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays)
• If the interpreter is engaged you do not have to wait until that interpreter is free, the call centre will transfer you to the next available interpreter
• Our goal is to provide full access to Deaf people using or requiring a service
