Independent Assessment Services Launches SignVideo For Deaf People Claiming PIP

Independent Assessment Services are now pleased to be able to offer SignVideo’s Video Relay Service for Deaf people claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP). IAS have been working with Deaf organisations over the past year to better understand the needs of Deaf people, and they feel that this is a major step forward in the  service they provide to BSL users.
