National Energy Action launch BSL Video Relay Service with SignVideo

SignVideo are delighted to announce that we have partnered with National Energy Action in providing a Video Relay Service (VRS), enabling the Deaf community to communicate with the National Energy Action in British Sign Language! 

National Energy Action customers can now access the VRS using SignVideo. Just visit www.nea.org.uk/advice or download the SignVideo app and use our BSL Directory. Click on the link and our BSL interpreter will appear in an instant to relay the conversation with the hearing person! It’s that easy.
